Order Processing Time

After the order is paid, the warehouse department usually takes 15-20 working days (depending on the hot season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 20-30 working days) to perform quality inspection, packaging, and then shipping to the logistics center for shipment.

Shipping methods

As a factory wholesale platform, in order to help customers get more cost-effective shipping services, Eago provides flexible shipping methods for customers in North America, Europe and other countries and regions, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, air freight, ocean freight, USPS, DHL e-commerce and so on.

Before placing an order, you will see all available shipping methods, the corresponding transit times, and the shipping rates for each. Usually, the faster the shipping time, the higher the shipping cost.

DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo do not support shipping addresses starting with “POBOX” or “BOX”, please be sure to fill in the exact shipping address if you choose one of the above shipping methods.

Shipping Time

Affected by the epidemic, the international logistics transportation time is longer than usual, and the freight rate of logistics companies is at a high level, which has become a common problem in the world.

Each mode of transportation corresponds to a different shipping time, the logistics company will be in accordance with the current mode of transportation within the agreed time to deliver the package.

Your choice of shipping method means that you agree to or accept the shipping time required for that mode of transportation.

In case of irresistible factors (bad weather, shipping congestion, special holidays, etc.), the delivery time may be delayed accordingly, but this can not be used as a reason for you to raise an order or dispute.

Christmas and other major holidays, order processing and shipping time will be forced to extend accordingly, in order not to affect your sales, we recommend that you arrange a good purchase plan in advance.
